The facility was found to be compliant with permit W00017791, well maintained and well operated. The ORC Robert Sherman was present during the inspection and was very helpful. Below is a summary of the findings during the inspection. The golf course received 5289338 gallons in 2019-2020 and the effluent flow meter for the effluent pipe leading to the golf course was calibrated on 11/12/2019 The effluent flow meter leading to the spray field on the farm was calibrated on 11/12/2019 All required records were present and readily available for the inspection with no hassle. Irrigation records were reviewed with ORC and records indicate compliance with permitted flow to the golf course and the farm. The October 2019 NDMR was spot checked for completeness and it was found to be complete. October 31, 2019 was checked on NDMR versus the lab data and no issues were found. The data checked out. The farm and golf course both look good and well maintained. All required units were present and in good condition. There were some issues with the pumps for irrigation on the golf course. However, this issue is being addressed and does not violate the permit conditions. The required sign indicating reuse water is being utilized on site was present and in plain sight at golf course club desk. This is good. Because as a friendly reminder, the absence of this sign would mean noncompliance with the permit and possibly enforcement. Therefore, it must always be present and in plain sight at all times.
