About 11:30 am on February 28, 2020 while irrigating the fields, the operators noticed an unusual flow condition. Upon inspection, treated effluent from the Wet Weather Storage pond was observed in the small
stormwater drainage feature that traverses the northern portion of the property. The incident was reported to Ray Milosh of DEQ by email at 3:23 pm.
Roughly estimated, about 1,000 gallons of treated effluent was discharged to the creek.
Investigation was initiated the week of March 2, 2020 and a damaged elbow on the 6" Schedule 80 PVC irrigation line was discovered. The line was repaired on March 6 and site restoration should be completed
the week of March 9, 2020.
