III. Certification Statement:
1 Ke ri Cantrell certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of
the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the
receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any
capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the
receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned
improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed
in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This
certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and lI plus all attached planning assessment
addendums for which I am the responsible party. Signature of this form certifies that the receiving
collection system or treatment works has adequate capacity to transport and treat the proposed new
wastewater.

SUBJECT: SEWER FLOW CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE
620 E WOODLAWN ROAD TOWNHOMES
620 E WOODLAWN ROAD - CLTWATER TRACKING# 20202521
After review by Charlotte Water's Capacity Assurance Program GAP ,your project was
identified to be located in a local collection sanitary sewer system determined to have limited
sanitary sewer system capacity. After analysis of the sanitary sewer system associated with the
proposed development, 20202521, 620 E WOODLAWN ROAD TOWNHOMES, it was determined
that there will be sufficient capacity within the existing public gravity sewer to accommodate the
proposed average day flow of 6,890 gallons per day, at the connections points indicated on the
submitted utility plan, and connections will be allowed after completion of the following public
infrastructure project:
Wastewater Replacement Project: Little Hope Creek Sanitary Sewer
Improvements — Phase 3.
Project No. CMP-40-14.002
This infrastructure improvement project was identified to support current and future customers;
therefore, Charlotte Water is conditionally approving these proposed flows contingent on the
completion and activation of the required offsite Sanitary Sewer improvements. The anticipated
completion date for the required Little Hope Creek Sanitary Sewer Improvements —
Phase 3 Project, is the 3rd Quarter (Fall) of 2021. As public sewer limitations affecting
specific development projects are eliminated as portions of the public sewer project are
completed and placed in service prior to the full sewer project completion, these specific
projects will be issued a full CAP approval and allowed to connect to the public sewer.
We request a detailed schedule of your development project, preferably Gantt chart, with
specific milestones and schedule dependencies. This will allow us to contact you at critical
milestones identified for either project.
The CAP analysis performed determines available capacity within the existing public gravity
sewer system The developer is responsible for any additional private or public sewer
infrastructure required to convey flow from the proposed development to the existing public
gravity sewer.
If you have any questions, you may contact new services at (704) 336-1041.

Eric L. Howard
