(hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee"):
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for love and affection held for the Grantor towards the
Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged has and by these presents does hereby
give, grant, and convey unto the Grantee, its heirs, successors, administrators and assigns, all of
that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situated in Alamance County, North Carolina, and more
particularly described as follows:
Being all of that tract or parcel of land identified as "Tract One-B" containing 4.99 acres, more
or less, as per that plat entitled "Final Plat Property of Saxapahaw Village Farm, LLC and John
M. Jordan Family 1960-, LLC' by Landmark Surveying, Inc. dated February 9, 2016 and
recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 11, Alamance County Registry, to which plat reference is hereby
made for a more particular description of the same.

The property hereinabove described was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book
1136, Page 654, Alamance County Registry.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and
appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
And the Grantor conveys with the Grantee that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple,
has the right to convey the same fee simple, that title is marketable and free and clear of all
encumbrances.
1N WITNESS THEREOF, the Grantor has set its hand and seal and does adopt the printed word
"SEAL" as its lawful seal.
