WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for love and affection held for the Grantor towards the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has and by these presents does hereby give, grant and convey unto the Grantee, its heirs, successors, administrators
and assigns, all of that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situated in Alamance County, North Carolina and more particularly

BEING all of that tract or parcel of land identified as "Tract One -A" containing 2.85 acres, more or less, as per that plat
entitled "Final Plat Property of Saxapahaw Village Farm, LLC and John M. Jordan Family 1960-, LLC" by Landmark
Surveying, Inc., dated February 9, 2016 and recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 11, Alamance Con nty Registry, to which plat
reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the same.

A map showing the above described property is recorded in Map Book 81, Page II.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee
in fee simple.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee, that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple, has the right to convey the same in
fee simple, that title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances, and that Grantor will warrant and defend the title against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever except for the exceptions hereinafter stated.
Title to the property hereinabove described is subject to the following exceptions:
All valid and subsisting Easements, Utility Easement, Restrictions, Covenants, Conditions and Rights -of -Way properly of
record, if any, and current year ad valorem taxes.
