As in 2012, Davidson River Village expects long-term flows to resemble those projections following redevelopment of the site. Maximum daily flow as shown on Table A is also derived from the same EAA and is based on a 2" rainfall event. Lagoon size and retention time are also based on the EAA; at the request of DEQ, an investigation of current lagoon depth and capacity was performed, and the investigation results are attached hereto as referenced in Section 11.2.
