The Bridge 68 in Columbus County (Hidden Bridge) on NC 214 (Sam Potts Road) project received 1.75” of rain last night
and resulted in 0.5 cy of sediment loss into adjacent wetlands.

Smith/Rowe is currently onsite removing the sediment by hand. The contractor has already been informed to work only
on erosion control until it is brought under compliance. Edge Environmental will be onsite around 10AM today to seed
and mat the area where this loss occurred to help prevent further loss.
