Dave: A no effect letter from NC-SHPO, no comment emails from NMFS and NC-WRC, and a request from Restoration
Systems that we require bank mitigation vice NC-DMS mitigation, are the only responses I have received to the PN.

There are no other particular concerns or issues that I know of now.

Since the public comment period is over, we plan to issue the above permit to NCDOT within a couple of
weeks but wanted to make sure there were no concerns expressed that would prompt further Corps
actions. Were there any concerns or issues?
