The modification request includes a reconfiguration of the previously permitted parking as shown on the modification drawing. The applicant proposes pushing the parking up to the bulkhead (within the 30' CAMA buffer), which will provide easier access to the boardwalk and docking. This also addresses the Town of OIB's concern for providing handicap access to the boardwalk/docking facilities. All development within the 30' buffer is over existing impervious surface and the applicant has already obtained stormwater approval of this change (SW8 191130). No changes to the configuration of the previously authorized dredging or slips are proposed. A hard copy of this submittal along with the application fee have been mailed to your office.
