Seeking NWP-18 permit to fill in less than 1/10 of an acre into the wetland on the lot adjacent to the upland for the purpose of erecting a single family residential house on piles.
4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:*
Fill of less than 1/10 of an acre of the wetland adjacent to the upland for the purpose of erecting a stick built single family residential house on piles. Locating the house structure on the
lot is currently compromised due to setbacks from drainage field and septic tank.
The wetland will be filled with sand after removal of trees/shrubs. Some of the house piles will be located in the filled wetland area.
House location is approximate on attached "Proposed plan" document.
