Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Good Morning Robb, I tried giving you a call yesterday concerning the Publix close out. I did make it by there last week and the wetlands I was concerned about look fine, as a matter of fact there was more water coming into them than I expected. I had forgotten that we had them run water through the site into the wetlands. The ponds are also infiltration ponds so they should be feeding the wetlands not pulling from them. I believe they have met the intent of our condition. Now it was concerning that the outparcels they indicated as being necessary have not been constructed to date which makes you wonder how critical they actually were. I think I will at least inquire about these in my response to the consultant and developer. Finally there was still silt fence at the toe of fill around the pond that is in need of being removed, I will ask them to do this as well. If you have any questions just let me know, Brad
