The following addresses the conditions under your heading "A~itional Information Requested": 1. I cannot provide a signed and notarized letter from my adjacent landowners, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Brandon, indicating that they agree to the full ia~lementation of the Heuse River Riparian Buffer Rules. I am attaching coppies of the following documents• (a) tatter from simonsen taw Firm dated November 2I, 2006, stating that "The Brandons have no objection to the permit application filed by Ms. ~-nderson." (b) tatter from me to the Brandons dated March 11, 2007, requesting that they send me the signed and notarized letter that you requested. (c~ tatter from the Brandons dated March 16, 2007, indicating that they now ob'ect to mx proposad project. (d) tatter from me to the Brandons dated March 19, 207 which ~s self-explanatory. (e) E-mail from Mr. Brandon dated March 20, 2007, to which I did not respond. 2. If CAMA and DWC2 require the alteration of the Qroject in order for me to obtain the necessary permits, hopefully the attached drawing with hand-corrections in red pencil is acceQtable. The modified disturbance square footage is essentially the same as the original excavation plan. 3. The proposed construction of a "drive" to the project site trill be sirrilar to an ordinary pervious-surface lane to a residential propertx. I do not intend to maintain this drive as a permanent access road, preferring instead to let nature fill it back in with coppage and other native plants. The temporary surface will be 3/4" marl, which I understand is considered a pervious material I have already sent you a copy of_the original drawing submitted to cAMA, and but have attached another copy ererr~th. Lastly, attached is a copy of the February 23, 2007 letter from Mr. Al twdge of your surface water Protection section, Washington Regional office. In it he states: "staff has determined that the project, as proposed, consists of activities that will not pose surface water quality threats from storm~rater runoff since na significant new impervious area is proposed." -~ ., ~ r - cc~Z ~a~1'u: ~A As requested in your letter, I am sending a copy_of this letter with attachments to Mr. Ian McMillan.
