Nancy — the $860 payment was for the permit annual fee. That was received.
The unpaid fee is for an enforcement case that was issued in March 2020.
PLEASE NOTE: I stupidly put the wrong amount on the letter I sent you. The amount due is $475.47, and I've attached
the enforcement case per your request.
Please submit the fee payment as soon as possible. Thanks for following up.

I left a message on your phone — but thought an email might be easier since you are working away from the office.
We have received the attached letter from you. I am attaching the last payment I show in my files for this permit
number. I was not sure if this letter was for another invoice or covered by this payment?
Please let me know if we still owe this $542.07 and if I could get a copy of the invoice for these charges that would be
greatly appreciated.
