HomeMy WebLinkAbout20191628 Ver 2_DWRNo_20191268_Buffer Impact Update Package_20200709 July 8, 2020 Ref: 39080.00 Division of Water Resources 1617 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699 Re: Mingo Creek Buffer Impacts Updated Permit Drawings DWR Number 20191268 Rob Ridings, The Town of Knightdale received a 401 Water Quality Certification for unavoidable impacts associated with the installation of the Mingo Creek Greenway, TIP Number: C-5604HA. During the NC Division of Environmental Quality sediment and erosion control permitting review a few changes were made to the Neuse River riparian buffer impacts, there were no changes to stream or wetland impacts. These changes were made based on shifting easement lines and adjusting the limits of disturbance to those new limits. The overall impact amount decreased in Zones 1 and 2. Table 1 demonstrates the changes by Site and Zone, with red numbers showing increases and green numbers decreases for specific sites and zones. There were no changes to the linear footage or acreage impacts for streams or wetlands. The updated buffer permit drawings are attached.
