This report is a requirement of the March 2011 stream monitoring plan that was developed in response
to 404 Permit No. SAW-2001-10096 issued June 10, 2009 and modified March 12, 2013, and 401 Water
Quality Certification No. 3771, DWQ#2008-0868 version 2.0, issued January 15, 2009.
