I know that you have completed the Cliffside application. Thank you for that. I am not sure who needs to sign the
application but it appears that Envirolink Inc. now has official delegated authority. I am waiting on the official letter. I
would like for us to go ahead and get the permit application submitted. I would like for Rebecca just to review prior to
submittal.
