P:132157.001ssheets\BMP Calculations 2-22-06,xis Tanglewood SID Subject: Tanglewood SID From: Scott Vinson <Scott,Vinson@ncmai1.net> Date: Tue, 21 Mar 2006 12:17:39 -0500 To: sdavis@vhb.com, jtimakov@vhb.com Scott & Joseph, I finished. my review of the project last Friday and was tied up all yesterday in meetings & didn't get a chance to call or write. There are three things I need to finish my review and to.make the application complete. The items need to submitted to me by Monday, March 27 if at all possible. First, I need 2 coees of sheets C-4 & C-5 revised to show the missing pipe sections located at the corner of Lot 100 and in front of Lots 284-288. Also, label the Comm. Center area beside Pond C. i will replace the copies in the set we will keep in our files and the one that is stamped approved and mailed to Mr. Gregor. Second, I need the impervious area breakdowns for each Drainage Area to each Pond listed as shown on Page 2 of 4 of the SWU-101 application form found under Sec.I11, no. 6. You gave me the overall, which I do need, but I also need the breakdown of the 4 pond areas as listed in the tables. (The calculations are not clear on overall area vs. impervious area breakdowns.) Third, I need to know the impervious area that is assigned to each lot for purposes of pond design and the need to have these numbers in the permit requirements for recorded deed restrictions. For example Lots 1-22 & 115-293 will be allowed "X" amount of impervious area per lot & Lots 23-114 will be allowed "Y" amount of imp. area per lot. I also need to know how much of the 2.41 acres of the Community Center area will be impervious, taken into account the 18.10ac. total imp. area for Pond C. (Again, the calculations don't differentiate between what is overall area and what is impervious area.) Will either of the 2 "Tot" or "Park" areas have impervious area and if so, do Ponds B, C & D take these areas into account in their design? Please call or write if you have any questions, (252) 948-3848. Scott Vinson l of 1 3/21/2006 1:17 PM February 7, 2006 —Van ec22cn1r_sr;_Inc.
