The measuring device used to determine the sediment elevation shall be such that it will give an accurate depth reading and not readily penetrate into accumulated sediments. When the permanent pool depth reads 3.0 feet in the main pond, the sediment shall be removed. When the permanent pool depth reads 3.0 feet in the forebay, the sediment shall be removed. Some minor areas of bare soil were noted around the top of the pond slopes. Please make sure that you are not mowing too low causing the grass to die off. The vegetated shelf was void of any vegetation. Please continue to work on establishing the plants for the vegetated shelf. 4. The outlet structure does not include any sort of trash rack for the overflow weir and is allowing trash to enter your outlet pipe. This may cause clogging within the pipe. Please install a trash rack device on the overflow side of the outlet structure. 5. The drawdown pipe has algae growth around the outside of the pipe.
