Scott, here is the Water Quality Volume Calc with the additional impervious
area. The second sheet shows the temp pool elevation would be 8.17 vs 8.16
with the additional impervious area. 1/100th of a foot is approximately
equal to 1/8". Building tolerances for grading of the site are in excess of
these tolerances. I appreciate your working with me on these items, and
regret any inconveniences they have caused you. '

This trash rack is to prevent trash from leaving the property and going down
stream entering surface waters.
In addition to the changes to the supplementi form that we discussed in our
phone conversation today; the •section'of the Pasquotank River that the
project drains to is Classified SB, Index no. 30-3-(12). I've made the
change to the application on your behalf.
In addition if you could provide me with the surface area at the Temp.
Pool elevation
it would help me verify my calculations.

Scott, per our phone conversation yesterday, I have the following.
1) I am adding a trash grate on the entrance of the 24" angle cut HDPE pipe.
This is the pipe which goes to the new manhole near River Road.
2) Attached is a floor plan for the typical unit with driveways. These units
are 1-7, 10-19, 22-31, and 35-39. As you can see from the plan, the other
units will have a smaller footprint. The smaller units footprint will be
666 square feet or less, while the standard footprint will be about 786 sf.
The combination of the typical units and smaller units brings us to the
29,520 sf total for onsite buildings.
3)Upon further inspection of the driveway areas, I have determined the
onsite parking area to be 9,500 sf. Per our conversation this morning, I
have updated our application copy too.
4) The.surface area at the Temporary pool elevation is 11,040 sf.
