3. CONTRACTOR SHALL REFER TO SPECIFICATION
SECTION 3100 00 FOR EARTHWORK AND
COMPACTION REQUIREMENTS.
4. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE EXCESS SOIL MATERIAL
FROM THE PROJECT SITE AND/OR OBTAIN ADDITIONAL
SOIL MATERIAL FROM THE BORROW SITE TO ACHIEVE
THE FINISH GRADES SHOWN WITHOUT ADDITIONAL
COST TO THE GOVERNMENT.
5. NO DISTURBED TURF AREAS SHALL REMAIN BARE
SOIL FOR MORE THAN 14 DAYS. PROVIDE ANCHORED
SEEDED MULCH WITH STABILIZATION NETTING.
6. LOCATION OF EXISTING LINES ARE
APPROXIMATE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
VERIFY THE LOCATION AND ELEVATION OF
UTILITIES PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION.
CONFLICTS WITH THE PROPOSED WORK SHOULD
BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ENGINEER
OF RECORD AND THE PROJECT INSPECTOR
IMMEDIATELY. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S
RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR ANY DAMAGES MADE
