These appear to address my comments. Only thing I see is that the talcs and supplement show 239.1 for the infiltration
basin outlet elevation, but the plans and detail show 239.0. See sheets C300, C311, C631, C700, C710, and C721.

The Division of Water Quality Central Office received a Stormwater Management Permit Application
for the subject project on February 29, 2012. A preliminary review of that information has determined
that the application is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater
review:
1. Will the future buildings and their associated impervious area be treated by a separate BMP
in a future permit submittal?
2. Table in IV.10. on SWU-101:
a. The off -site DA is shown as zero, but based on the grading, it appears that there is
off -site area east of the basin draining to the basin. Please the table and sheet DA2
as needed.
b. The on -site streets and existing BUA are shown as zero, but the DA to the basin
appears to include both. Please revise as needed.
3. The supplement form, calculations, and plans inconsistently show the volume provided,
storage elevation, storage SA, and bottom SA. These should all be based on the 2.5x
design storm. Also, page 2 of the basin calculations (the table and info below it) shows two
different volumes at the storage elevation 239'. Please make all consistent.
4. Please add language to the construction sequence and/or detail D on C721 that states the
orifice for the temporary skimmer must be grouted/sealed closed when transitioning to the
Permanent infiltration basin,.
