The general contractor shall verify and be responsible for all dimensions at the job site. 2. Ail elevations shown are in reference to the benchmark and must be verified by the contractor. 3. All dimensions and ail elevations are to the back of curb unless otherwise indicated. 4. Project limits are property boundary unless otherwise indicated. 5. Existing underground utilities shown only where evidence could be found to verify location. Prior to construction or excavation of the site, the contractor shall notify all utility companies and verify the location of their respective utilities. All damage incurred to existing utilifies during construction shall be repaired at the contractors expense. b. Asphalt and base type shall be per details. 7. A formal erosion and sedimentation controf permit was required for this site under the regulations of the state of north carolina. The contractor is required to follow all local, state and federal regulations to minimize sedimentation and erosion of project site during construction. 8. All site improvements shall be installed per Cumberland County and State regulations. 9. Water and sewer tops shall be made by contractor. 10. All water & sewer laterals and appurtenances shall be tested in accordance with PWC technical specifications. 11. Contractor shall verify the location of all existing utilities prior to beginning construction. 12, PWC ownership and maintenance stops at the right of way. Maintenance beyond that point is the responsibility of the property owner 13, Lot 21 is reserved for stormwater treatment device 14.
