ALL LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT NASH COUNTY AND THE TOWN OF BAILEY STANDARDS. 2. ALL TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION DURING THE PERIOD OF CONSTRUCTION. GRADING NOTES: 1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TOTALLY FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND THE SITE AS WELL AS EXISTING CONDITIONS AND THE DIFFICULTIES LIKELY TO BE ENCOUNTERED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT. 2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO CONFINE DISTURBED AREAS TO A MINIMUM. ALL TREES AND OTHER VEGETATION SHALL REMAIN UNLESS SHOWN OTHERWISE ON THE PLANS OR THEIR REMOVAL IS AUTHORIZED BY THE OWNER.
