The required volume, area, and supporting infrastructure have been installzd and in-service for .i:,proximately a year now, but we have been waiting for some evidic ce of growing .vegetation within the biocells before certifying them. While we still have minor issues to track and correct, with the ongoing growth and establishment of the plantings, and some spots of bank erosion, we continue to observe the cells functioning properly during recent intense storm events, and feel it is proper to certify the overall site controls at this time. We anticipate that future reports from the owner will be submitted annually to the regional office. There was an unapproved gravel road constructed that made the site stormwater calculations inaccurate. With the help of the Design Engineer, Kevin Davie, Allied Design, Inc., we were able to reduced the approved walking track from 27.5' down to 25'. This allowed us to keep the gravel road at 6' for a walking path and an access road for vehicle track for maintenance work needed in that area. The changes to the walking track and the gravel road happen within that same basin area, therefore bringing the previous approved stormwater calculations to remain the present accurate calculations. Pictures of the work completed are available upon request. All disturbed areas were seeded and strawed. If there are any questions, please contact us at the information listed above.
