"There was an unapproved gravel road constructed that made the site stormwater calculations inaccurate. With the help of the Design Engineer, Kevin Davie, Allied Design, Inc., we were able to reduced the approved walking track from 27.5' down to 25'. This allowed us to keep the gravel road at 6' for a walking path and an access road for vehicle track for maintenance work needed in that area. The changes to the walking track and the gravel road happen within that same basin area, therefore bringing the previous approved stormwater calculations to remain the present accurate calculations.
