I am following up our discussions and review of the referenced project with the following revisions
for your review and approval. I have attached three (3) sets of plans (0.01, C201, C305) and three (3)
narratives and calculations with a storm water management permit application and a check for $505.
We will be forwarding the 13MP agreement when we have received the executed copy. We have
revised the plans to modify the basin to capture 10,000 cf of volume to remove 85% 'TSS from the
2.17 acre site including its future development. The outlet structure was also modified and the
drainage was modified to enter into a forebay and minimize short-circuiting.
