NOV-2020-PC-0119, received by my office on March 9, 2020, sets out five actions necessary for compliance and issuance of a new 5-year MS4 permit. This letter acknowledges receipt of the NOV and the City of Archdale's intent to comply (Action # 1). Attached you will also find an executed City Council Resolution of support (Action #2).
