The cover letter should go in both, as well as the plans, but the PCN page and 8x11 aerials all belong in 09-1134
only. The aerials quote the correct buffer impacts, the PCN form was incorrect, but it's sort of irrelevant as the
buffer impacts are exempt in all these projects because the permanent impact is 40'. So you can fix BIMS so no
buffer authorization is necessary. Does that all make sense?

The PCN page 7 of 11 goes with which file? Plus the buffer impacts shown on that 7 of 11 page don't match
what shows on Figure 2 (& 3).
