Our legal department directed us to go this route. 2-3 months is fine. We have already completed a SWPPP for the site and will have them trained by next week. So even though they will not have coverage until 2-3 months, we will still be in compliance with the permit. If there is a reason why they want to rescind and have you apply for a new permit, it would take approximately 2-3 months to complete the process, otherwise the change form takes less than a week.
