Please provide a qualitative indirect and cumulative impact analysis for the project. Please see DWQ's policy for guidance on our website at: http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/documents/InterimInternalPolicyCu mulativeImpact.doc No indirect or cumulative impacts to water quality are expected by the proposed project. The subject project is designed to treat the current wastewater flow and is not designed to accommodate wastewater from future growth. The project also proposes to improve water quality standards by redirecting flow from two failed septic systems at Red Oak Elementary School and Red Oak Middle School to a central wastewater collection system. This system would allow the citizens of the Town of Red Oak to connect as well, thus alleviating the use of septic systems in the largely unfavorable soils that encompass the Town.
