In response to your comment dated January 6, 2010 we have provided the following response:
1. Please provide a narrative discussing the proposed width of your maintenance corridors. Written
concurrence with a fee is required if the proposed width of your maintenance corridors exceeds
15 feet and written concurrence without a fee is required if the proposed width of your
maintenance corridors exceeds 10 feet.
Response: Permanent maintained access corridors within sanitary sewer easements that cross
streams and are in Zone 1 and Zone 2 Neuse riparian buffers will be restricted to 10 feet in
width except at manhole locations.
