Please find attached to this email three draft NPDES Stormwater Industrial General Permits for your review:
• NCG020000 for Mining Activities
• NCG190000 for Marinas
• NCG250000 for Construction Activities not subject to the NC Sedimentation and Pollution Control Act
The expected effective date for all three of these draft general permits is October 1, 2020.
We will email you the fact sheets associated with these permits on July 10, 2020, 1 apologize for the delay.
