I have resubmitted the EPCN application for the Highland Ridge Apartments site per the email receipt below
and the pdf package attached.
One thing I noticed is that typically I get simultaneous email receipts for the USACE and DWR submittals,
following the ePCN submittal, however I am only getting the Corps receipt now. I am wondering if this has
something to do with me clicking the "Non-404 Jurisdictional" permit box in section A?
Please keep an eye out and let me know if/when this has been received and is successfully in the system. If
you have any questions please feel free to give me a shout.
