Good Morning Jane 1
Since we last spoke regarding the Fecal Coliform exceeding the Limit Value, the following actions have been taken to
correct the problem. Please see below.
1. The septic tank was pumped out in February. It was my understanding that this action would require a 3 month wait
period before another sample could be tested for Coliform levels.
2. The Chlorinator and De -Chlorinator was cleaned out and emptied of any blockage. Charging the system is now being
performed with pellets only. No loose powder from either of the chemistries will be used to charge the system. The
system was plugged up at the bottom with a solid layer of the chlorinator powder.
3. 1 contacted Chad Leinbachon June 15th to take a sample of the discharge from the Pervis Road home and submit it
for testing.
4. 1 followed up with Chad Leinbach on Friday June 26th and requested that a copy of the report be sent to you and
myself ASAP.
S. If the actions above do not resolve the high Fecal Coliform count I am more than willing to take the next step to
getting this problem resolved, yet I will need to seek out professional help on this matter.
6. P.S. Permit Fees have been mailed within the past 10 day and paid for by check # 5616

FLAGS/NOTES AND DEFINITIONS
B The analyte was detected in the associated method blank.
D The sample was analyzed at dilution.
] The reported value is between the laboratory method detection limit (MDL) and the laboratory method
reporting limit (MRL), adjusted for actual sample preparation data and moisture content, where applicable.
U The analyte was analyzed for but not detected to the level shown, adjusted for actual sample preparation
data and moisture content, where applicable.
E The concentration indicated for this analyte is an estimated value above the calibration range of the
instrument. This value is considered an estimate.
MRL Method Reporting Limit. The MRL is roughly equivalent to the practical quantitation limit (PQL) and is
based on the low point of the calibration curve, when applicable, sample preparation factor, dilution
factor, and, in the case of soil samples, moisture content.
PQL PQL: Practical Quantitation Limit. The PQL presented is the laboratory MRL.
N The analysis Indicates the presence of an analyte for which there is presumptive evidence (85% or greater
confidence) to make a "tentative Identification".
Greater than 25% concentration difference was observed between the primary and secondary GC column.
The lower concentration is reported.
[CALC] Calculated analyte - MDL/MRL reported to the highest reporting limit of the component analyses.
B-07 LCS exceeded control limits for this test. The test can not be repeated due to method constraints. The
result should be considered an estimated value.
