Hi Trevor,
Attached are several items. I suggest using the Ownership Change Form attached here,
it is the most current one I have. I also suggest once it has been properly filled out the
that new Owner not only send it the address listed in the Application but also send a
copy to myself and Charles Weaver (cc'd here) via email.
I have also attached other items here for George. You will see I have attached the latest
cc of the Permit, however it does not contain the Standard Conditions language and
since I believe this will be George's first WWTP I think he needs to familiarize himself
with the complete permit language. I meant to get him the information for the
collections systems when he took ownership of Carols other MHP but I do not recall if I
sent it. Just in case, if you'd please share this info with him as well.
