The renewal application requires that you collect and sample for pollutants as identified in the EPA 2C application. I am
unclear as to why a meeting is needed to collect this information and report it. As far as the renewal, a meeting would
be useful to understand the site status and how best to write this permit. I will be out of the office this coming week
returning on March 16t" and will be glad to set-up a meeting a that time. Please suggest a few dates and times that you
are available the week of the 161" and/or the 23rd

Send what pages you can complete of Forms 2E and 2F, then submit the rest as soon as you can. Given the unique
