Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan Review Reasons for Approval with Modifications Sheets 10-12: Specify diameter of Class A stone for clarity. Rock construction entrances are required to use rock that is 2 to 3 inches in diameter. Include a rock construction entrance for lot 51 on sheets 10 and 11. Clarify position of house, slope, and rear silt fence on lot 11. Adjust skimmer sizes as their drainage areas change between phases. Details: Base the skimmer sizes off of the required basin volumes. It appears that they may be based on the provided basin volumes and therefore oversized. The silt fence detail should show 6' post spacing without wire backing (or 8' post spacing with wire backing). Verify 401/404 permitting with USACE and NCDEQ for the stream crossing.
