This As -built Report documents the construction of Phases 1 and 2 of the Harmon Dairy Stream Mitigation
Project (Site).
Tryon Equestrian Partners (TEP) applied for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) 404 Permit (Action Id.
No. 2013-02262) and a N.C. Division of Water Resources (DWR) 401 Water Quality Certification (Project No.
13-1200) to impact streams for the construction of the Tryon International Equestrian Facility (TIEC).
Compensatory mitigation for impacts to streams is described in the mitigation plan for the Harmon Dairy
Stream Mitigaton Project (Phases 1 and 2)
