I guess I mistyped that twice now. My apologies. I will resubmit the ENOI with the correct coordinates (mid-project), and also include all potentially impacted waterbodies. If you can call my cell phone at your convenience, I can walk through the scope of work and the reasoning behind the extensive LOD that was agreed upon with NCDEMLR. If suspicious, then do not click links, open attachments or enter your ID or password. Hi Kelly, i Attached is a copy of your previous submission for reference. As you can see, the coordinates that were entered in the eNOI were: 32.2582, -81.5431. These coordinates do not match the coordinates you provided for Shelby Tie Station. Also, I appreciate you explaining how the work is to be conducted, but I'm still concerned about the amount of impacted area because the E&SC plan approval is for 71.30 acres of disturbance. Is all of that disturbance occurring only around the wire splice locations? I've also included a screenshot of the email. Please recheck the project coordinates as identified in the ENOI. Also, I want to clarify that this project will be primarily performed by helicopters with very little ground disturbance at the splice locations. A7,8: These coordinates are accurate for Shelby Tie Station in Shelby, NC 2 9 } 2A07 d 5.2582.-81.5431 9 D7-95%of the worked performed will be done overhead by helicopters. The splice locations for the fiber wire is where we will need to access towers with equipment; thus, this is the only identifiable land disturbance from the approved plans. The impacted waterbodies are accurate and indicate the potential areas where splice locations exist. Please advise.
