Good Morning,
No water reached any storm drains. Not even close. The spill was on the South west side and was contained
before reaching the end of the parking lot. The nearest storm drain was on the south East side. That would be
about three Hundred feet.

Good afternoon Isaiah,
Everest had a spill of about 15 to 18 gallons of Unidyne at 11:00 am this morning. I was contacted
immediately. I coordinated the containment and the clean up of the spill.
Forklift driver failed to make sure the barrels were strapped for unloading.I immediately revoked his
operator's permit for further training.
Maintenance crew was called to the seen and took action with heavy duty socks
