Inspection Summary:
On June 17, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Keith Wineberger, Michael Hyatt and Lewis Hamm
on site. A maintained Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan was not available on site. The facility inspection was postponed
until the follow up inspection.
The permittee is directed to make all documentation required by the NCG180000 General Permit available for the next
inspection.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after July 28, 2020.
