On June 16, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with John Logan on site. A Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan was not made available on site at the time of the inspection, and a full site inspection was re -scheduled for
the next visit.
Prior to the next inspection, the permittee is directed to locate and provide a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan as
outlined in the NCG100000 General Permit.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after July 29, 2020.
