Ms. Rivera (Kelsey),
Hi. For the application referenced in the subject line, there is a significant amount of documentation
uploaded under Part D — No. 5 — E&SC Plan Approval letter or Grading Permit, but none of the
documentation includes that this project revision allows for .17 acres of disturbance (unless I did not see
it). I saw the total project acreage of 5.172 acres. Please confirm 0.17 acres for this project revision by
3 pm today or the application will be rejected. Thx.
