The DWR has no objection and no written approval will be required for authorization of sand placement along the
shorefront of Row Boat Row adjacent to the Cape Fear River by Bald Head Ltd. The DWR has issued authorizations for
sand disposal from Bald Head Creek (DWR2004-0561v3) and groin construction (DWR2016-0499) along the shorefront of
