Please see attached revised Permit Drawing Sheet 4 and WISS for B-4813. These revised sheets address the rip rap slope
protect that we discussed at our field review on 6/10. The RE office provided stationing for the rip rap as 24+80 to
25+40 -L-RT. I went ahead and listed the entire 60 feet as an impacts because based on the scour that has occurred
since the original survey was completed most, if not all, of this bank stabilization will be keyed in below the existing
OHM.
Please let me know if you this is acceptable or if you require any additional information of your files. This was a courtesy
notification for NW 3/13 and corresponding WQC's. The DWR project number is 20180708 and the USACE Action ID is
SAW-2015-01089.
