Mason Sent: Monday, June 22, 2020 2:55 PM To: Shaver, Brad ; Steenhuis, Joanne Subject: Sampson B-4813 Attachments: B-4813_Permit Drawing Sheet 4_REV_20200622.pdf, B-481317BP.3.R.78_ WIS_ 20200622.pdf Please see attached revised Permit Drawing Sheet 4 and WISS for B-4813. These revised sheets address the rip rap slope protect that we discussed at our field review on 6/10. The RE office provided stationing for the rip rap as 24+80 to 25+40 -L-RT. I went ahead and listed the entire 60 feet as an impacts because based on the scour that has occurred since the original survey was completed most, if not all, of this bank stabilization will be keyed in below the existing OHM. Please let me know if you this is acceptable or if you require any additional information of your files. This was a courtesy notification for NW 3/13 and corresponding WQC's. The DWR project number is 20180708 and the USACE Action ID is SAW-2015-01089. Thanks!
