Fast Track Sewer Application
Dear Mr. Hunkele:
c. I V ice. .
JUN 0 3 2020
The Town of Faison has received funding to improve their existing sewer system. Most of the
project involves removing and replacing existing sewer lines in place; however, there will be
approximately 1,400 LF of new sewer main installed along Solomon St and Sampson St. Currently,
approximately 11 homes have sewer services that cross other people's private property to connect
to existing sewer lines. After this project is complete, these homes will connect to a sewer main
directly from their own property. No new flow is being added with this project, and the number of
total services will remain unchanged with this project. For this reason, no Flow Tracking form is
included with this package.
Please find enclosed the following documents for the request of a Fast Track Sewer Permit:
- Fast Track Application (1 original and 1 copy)
- USGS Quad Map and Project Location Maps (2 copies)
- Check for Application Fee, $480.00
Please do not hesitate to call me at 910-293-2770 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Joshua E. Outlaw, PE
