Hi Suzanne,

The site referenced in NCG140442 was the location of a Portable Ready Mix plant that was vacated in early 2018 and
moved to the Amazon site in Kernersville then Salisbury.

Samet Construction now has a large spec building where our plant had been previously located. The NOI is for the
adjacent property and the installation of a permanent plant sit.

If you could call me, it would be simpler to explain and hopefully resolve.

Our records show that this facility is already covered under certificate NCG140442.
I am attaching a copy of the Permit Contacts Report for your reference. Please review it for accuracy.
Also, according to our records Invoice 2018PR10027 shows as Overdue. May I apply your check no. 085194 in the
amount of $100 to this permit fee?
