Yes, we will monitor the areas that are sparse on ground cover and overseed again if needed. Good catch on the photo points — I think that is actually what was discussed, but I wrote it down as trail cams. If there are no objections, I will edit the minutes to say that we will install photo points at a few spots on the crossings and track changes over time that way. -Kevin From: Davis, Erin B <erin.davis@ncdenr.gov> Sent: Friday, June 12, 2020 9:15 AM To: Kevin Tweedy <ktweedy@eprusa.net>; Steve Kichefski <Steven.I.kichefski@usace.army.mil> Cc: Tugwell, Todd J CIV USARMY CESAW (US) <Todd.J.Tugwell@usace.army.mil>; Leslie, Andrea J <andrea.leslie@ncwildlife.org>; Haupt, Mac <mac.haupt@ncdenr.gov>; Kim Browning <Kimberly.D.Browning@usace.army.mil>; Wilson, Travis W. <travis.wilson@ncwildlife.org>; Cidney Jones <cjones@eprusa.net> Subject: RE: [External] Red Barn IRT Meeting Minutes -June 10, 2020 Hi Kevin, Thanks for turning around the meeting minutes so quickly. And again DWR appreciated the level of detail provided in your draft as -built report. I have two minor comments on the meeting minutes: • While it is still early, there were a few areas of sparse groundcover which should be watched for erosion and may warrant reseeding. • From DWR's perspective, the addition of photo points during your annual visual monitoring inspection should be sufficient to document the pedestrian easement break/crossing condition in lieu of trail cam installation.
