Erin -
Thanks for the review.
Yes, we will monitor the areas that are sparse on ground cover and overseed again if needed.
Good catch on the photo points — I think that is actually what was discussed, but I wrote it down as trail cams. If there
are no objections, I will edit the minutes to say that we will install photo points at a few spots on the crossings and track
changes over time that way.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for turning around the meeting minutes so quickly. And again DWR appreciated the level of detail provided in
your draft as -built report.
I have two minor comments on the meeting minutes:
• While it is still early, there were a few areas of sparse groundcover which should be watched for erosion and
may warrant reseeding.
• From DWR's perspective, the addition of photo points during your annual visual monitoring inspection should be
sufficient to document the pedestrian easement break/crossing condition in lieu of trail cam installation.
Many thanks,
Erin

Good seeing everyone yesterday.
Attached are draft meeting minutes for review/comment. We'll be working with Steve over the next few weeks to get
everything buttoned up on the site.
Thanks!
