Andrea -
Thanks. The crossing on UT3 is already in place, the contractor will just be moving some of the fill dirt for the road
crossing out of the easement. So we are not planning to remove the pipe that is already installed. It is a smooth walled
culvert like the others on the project. We will keep in mind the recommendation for corrugated pipe in future projects.

Thanks for these, Kevin. Just one note — on the new crossing (on UT3?) that would have a culvert — please
make sure that is not smooth -walled HDPE material.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for turning around the meeting minutes so quickly. And again DWR appreciated the level of detail provided in
your draft as -built report.
I have two minor comments on the meeting minutes:
• While it is still early, there were a few areas of sparse groundcover which should be watched for erosion and
may warrant reseeding.
• From DWR's perspective, the addition of photo points during your annual visual monitoring inspection should be
sufficient to document the pedestrian easement break/crossing condition in lieu of trail cam installation.
Many thanks,
Erin
