Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Sergei, The attached letter is provided to confirm that instream sampling of the unamed tributary referenced in condition A.(22) of the subject NPDES permit has ceased. In accordance with the permit terms, prior to ceasing the sampling flows from outfalls 003, 003A and 111 have been re-routed. The final flow, outfall 111 was re-routed on June 1, 2020. Please make the necessary adjustments in the BIMS database system to remove this as a sampling point to be reported. A hard copy has been sent to your attention.
